Curried materials kikil
1 pc foot cow / buffalo
coconut milk from 2 coconuts
1 / 4 kg of bamboo shoots cut into pieces according to taste

10 pieces of red onion
4 cloves garlic
2 pieces of acid kandis
3 kaffir lime leaves
Turmeric 2 bay leaves
Second knuckle of ginger
2 segment turmeric fingers
4 stalks lemongrass, crushed

How to Make Curried kikil
Puree onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
