ingredients:

50 ounces bean sprouts, brewed briefly

1 bunch leaf lettuce, chopped
5 pcs lentho (cassava cakes)
5 pcs prawn crackers / mi



Sambal paste:
10 pcs chili sauce, boiled, mashed
3 tbsp of shrimp paste
1 clove garlic, fried
3 tablespoons of boiled water


How to make:
1. Boil water, put tetelan meat, cook until tender. Set aside.
2. Heat oil, saute ground spices, ginger, and lemongrass until fragrant, remove from heat. Enter into a stew of water, stir well. Lower the flame and cook for 15 minutes until flavors mingle.
3. Sambal paste: puree the garlic fries with chili sauce, then mixed with shrimp paste and boiled water. Stir well and set aside.
4. Presentation: Prepare a dish plate, take 1 tablespoon chili paste, leaf lettuce, cut out, noodles, bean sprouts, sliced ​​lentho, and crackers. Sprinkle with hot sauce.
